HUMANITARIAN PAROLE

Applications for humanitarian parole may be filed by mail with the USCIS International Operations Division. Applications should be mailed to:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
ATTN: Chief, International Operations
Division (Humanitarian Parole)
20 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Suite 3300
Washington, DC 20529

All applicants are required to be fingerprinted. Fingerprints can be taken at U.S. Embassies or Consulates. Instructions on how to file an application for Humanitarian Parole are located on Form I-131. Parole into the United States may be granted temporarily on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.
