LOCATION AND PUBLIC HOURS OF OPERATION

The Vienna Field Office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is located at the U.S. Consulate in Vienna at Parkring 12A. The office is open to the public on an appointment basis using InfoPass and also open to persons without an appointment, on a first-come, first-served basis, Monday through Friday from 8:30 - 12:00 and from 13:00 - 16:30.

The office is closed on weekends and American and Austrian holidays.
